Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record your own voice in Malayalam, ensuring clarity, natural delivery, and appropriate pitch and tone.
• Utilize audio editing software to refine and enhance recordings for optimal sound quality.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver scripts on schedule and according to project guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks on recorded audio to maintain consistency and adhere to technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate organization of audio files, project documentation, and script materials.
• Offer constructive feedback and technical insights to continuously improve recording processes.
• Communicate effectively in both Malayalam and English for project coordination and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with audio recording and editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).
• Strong background in voice-over, audio engineering, or other voice-related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering flawless audio quality.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a drive to meet project deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of audio quality control standards and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on multilingual or multicultural audio projects.
• Prior work as a voice-over artist or audio engineer for commercial, educational, or creative productions.
• Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools and project management platforms.
