Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record your own voice in Odia, maintaining excellent audio quality and authentic delivery.
• Edit and enhance audio files using industry-standard audio editing software to meet precise standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and linguistic teams to ensure script accuracy and timely delivery.
• Implement rigorous audio quality control measures, checking for clarity, consistency, and technical precision.
• Organize and manage audio files, scripts, and documentation systematically throughout project lifecycles.
• Adapt vocal performance to match project specifications on tone, pitch, and style.
• Communicate effectively to resolve queries and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the Odia language with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in using audio recording equipment and professional audio editing software (e.g. Audacity, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).
• Background in voice-over work, audio engineering, or related voice-centric professions.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering clean, high-fidelity audio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines autonomously.
• Exceptional organization skills to ensure smooth workflow and precise file management.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to team-based projects.
