Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe complex Thai audio materials with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize AI transcription tools and manual methods to ensure transcript quality meets project requirements.
• Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, context, and domain-specific terminology.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all audio data and sensitive project information.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse, multilingual team to achieve shared project goals.
• Adapt to evolving transcription guidelines and provide feedback on AI models when necessary.
• Organize and manage transcription files to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Thai, with excellent comprehension and writing skills.
• Proven experience in audio transcription, especially with complex or technical content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered transcription tools and speech data processing workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free transcripts.
• Strong sense of data confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Effective team collaboration in multilingual environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience transcribing audio content in additional languages.
• Prior work with domain-specific or technical vocabulary.
