Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe Dhivehi and English video content with exceptional accuracy, ensuring all dialogue is clearly captured.

• Precisely outline timestamps and describe the emotional nuances of speakers.

• Analyze and comment on grammar, tone, and language constructs in both Dhivehi and English.

• Define conceptual aspects of key words and phrases, providing in-depth language insights.

• Participate in complex linguistic tasks and contribute to the refinement of language-based AI models.

• Deliver high-quality work with an analytical approach to detail, clarity, and context.

• Commit a minimum of 15 hours per week and collaborate effectively with the customer’s team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in both Dhivehi and English.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Proven experience with transcription, language analysis, or related linguistic tasks.

• Strong understanding of grammatical structures, tone, and emotion in spoken language.

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex language assignments with minimal supervision.

• Attentive to detail and capable of producing clear, accurate reports.

• Reliable, self-driven, and able to meet project deadlines in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on language data tasks or AI training projects.

• Background in linguistics, language education, or translation.

• Familiarity with language annotation, analysis, or emotion recognition tools.
