Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe video content in Dioula and English, ensuring accuracy and fidelity to the source material.
• Clearly identify and outline timestamps for all transcribed segments, providing seamless reference points.
• Analyze and describe the emotional tone and intent of speakers, capturing subtle nuances and non-verbal cues.
• Assess and critique grammar, syntactic structure, and tone in both languages to improve language model training.
• Define and elaborate on conceptual aspects of words and expressions used, enabling deeper AI understanding.
• Engage in complex language-related tasks, offering linguistic insights and feedback as needed.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to ensure deliverables meet quality and linguistic standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Dioula and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in linguistics, translation, or transcription involving Dioula and English.
• Ability to capture and articulate emotionality, tone, and intent within spoken content.
• Experience with transcription tools and attention to detail in timestamping and note-taking.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate grammar and provide comprehensive language feedback.
• Commitment of at least 15 hours per week, delivering reliable and high-quality work remotely.
• Proven ability to handle complex language tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in language research, applied linguistics, or education.
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, or data-driven language projects.
• Familiarity with cultural and regional nuances relevant to Dioula-speaking populations.
