Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your advanced knowledge of financial documents to create, analyze, and review finance-related content in Chinese.
• Develop, format, and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Apply financial expertise to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of diverse financial documents and data sets.
• Provide clear, precise written and verbal explanations about financial documentation processes in Chinese.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality data that supports the development and training of AI models.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling sensitive financial information.
• Meet deadlines and deliver projects aligned with Fortune 500 standards of excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance, focused on creating or managing financial documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced document and data formatting skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
• Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and succinctly in both English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Based in the US and familiar with US financial documentation standards.
• Experience with cross-functional teams or in AI/data training environments.
