Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, create, and review a wide range of financial documents in Japanese, ensuring high accuracy and clarity.
• Leverage advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate, format, and assess financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Provide real-world financial content and feedback to support the development and training of advanced AI models.
• Communicate complex financial concepts and documentation requirements clearly in both Japanese and English, with keen attention to detail in written and verbal exchanges.
• Collaborate with the customer's team to deliver expertise and insights that will inform AI model improvements.
• Utilize your experience with Fortune 500 organizations to bring industry best practices into training AI systems.
• Respond to queries and review outputs to ensure financial data integrity and adherence to compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with strong command of written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, specifically in creating or managing financial documents.
• Proven ability to create and manipulate documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with Fortune 500 companies or similar large-scale organizations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to financial compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience living or working in the United States, with deep familiarity of U.S.-based finance practices.
• Background collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects (a plus but not required).
