Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage in-depth financial knowledge to generate, review, and refine financial documents in Korean.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create and format complex financial data, reports, and presentations.
  • Assess and validate financial documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Contribute to the improvement and evaluation of AI-generated financial documents by providing expert feedback and annotations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Apply your experience from Fortune 500 environments to deliver high-quality, real-world input.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Native-level proficiency in Korean, with strong command of written and verbal communication.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance and financial document creation or management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial data handling and presentation.
  • Exceptional ability to interpret, edit, and create detailed financial reports and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards in documentation.
  • Experience collaborating in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience with a Fortune 500 company.
  • Located in the United States, with understanding of both US and Korean business cultures.
  • Familiarity with AI training or a strong interest in machine learning applications for finance.
