Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, and optimize human resources documents in German with precision and adherence to best practices.
  • Develop templates and standard operating procedures for Fortune 500-level HR documentation.
  • Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate high-quality files for HR processes.
  • Contribute expert input to AI training workflows, ensuring models receive accurate and contextually rich sample data.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer's team, providing clear written and verbal feedback to improve AI model development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German HR regulations, employment standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards in all work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, focused on the creation and management of HR documents.
  • Strong background in working with Fortune 500 companies or within enterprise HR environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex HR information into clear and actionable documentation.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or supporting AI or technology-driven HR initiatives.
  • Located in the United States with deep knowledge of both German and US HR practices.
  • Advanced certification in Human Resources or related disciplines.
