Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and enhance marketing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in both Chinese and English using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Leverage expert knowledge of marketing strategies and documentation to provide realistic, industry-grade content for AI training purposes.
• Analyze and assess marketing materials for accuracy, engagement, and adherence to Fortune 500 standards.
• Deliver clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication in Chinese at a native level.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer's team to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.
• Offer insights into cultural nuances and language intricacies relevant to marketing documents targeting Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in Chinese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing and creating or managing marketing documents for high-profile clients.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, especially for document creation and data presentation.
• Demonstrated experience working with Fortune 500 companies or similar environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, professional documents under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting while collaborating with a diverse team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Based in the US or with significant working experience in US-based organizations.
• Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing or document creation is a plus.
• Exposure to multilingual or cross-cultural marketing projects.
