Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and review high-quality marketing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in Korean using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Use real-world marketing scenarios to generate, analyze, and refine content for AI model training.
  • Leverage Fortune 500 experience to provide best practices and insights into marketing document workflows and communication standards.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance in all content produced.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards, is well-organized, and maintains the appropriate tone and branding.
  • Deliver expert written and verbal feedback to optimize AI systems for Korean language marketing tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native-level proficiency in Korean, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, including hands-on creation and management of marketing documents.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for professional-level document, spreadsheet, and presentation creation.
  • Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies in a marketing capacity.
  • Deep understanding of marketing terminology, workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Located in the US or with significant knowledge of US-based Korean business environments.
  • Experience in AI, data annotation, or technology-driven projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex marketing concepts to diverse audiences.
