Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe Mizo-language videos with accurate and clearly defined timestamps.
• Describe and annotate the emotional undertones and nuances of speakers in both spoken and written content.
• Analyze complex grammar structures and language tone in Mizo and English.
• Define conceptual and contextual meanings of words and phrases for linguistic improvement tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to maintain high standards of linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Perform advanced language data analysis to inform and refine AI model development.
• Deliver detailed linguistic feedback and documentation for ongoing language projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in both Mizo and English, with exceptional command of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate insights and feedback clearly.
• Strong analytical skills in deconstructing language, tone, and speaker intent.
• Experience with transcription, linguistic annotation, or similar language-focused work.
• Comfort working with digital tools and maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
• Proven attention to detail, especially in nuanced language and timestamping tasks.
• Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in linguistics, language teaching, translation, or related fields.
• Previous experience working with AI, language data, or technology-driven projects.
