Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using JavaScript, JAVA, and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement high-quality software solutions.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality.
• Participate actively in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, JAVA, and Python programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting and deploying scalable software systems.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
• Proven track record of working productively in remote teams and distributed environments.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience mentoring and guiding software engineering teams.
• Background in cloud-based architectures or distributed systems.
