Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and critique the performance and accuracy of AI-generated content across various domains.
• Deliver detailed, constructive feedback to inform AI model improvements and refinements.
• Analyze complex datasets and assess model outputs for clarity, factual correctness, and alignment with project goals.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and subtle nuances in AI-generated responses using high-level reading comprehension and keen observation.
• Collaborate with team members by communicating findings and insights clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Contribute user-level expertise by simulating real-life scenarios or tasks to gauge model utility and effectiveness.
• Uphold quality assurance standards to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the assessment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native English level is required (C1, C2)
• Demonstrated high-level reading comprehension and analytical thinking abilities.
• Keen eye for detail, capable of nuanced observation and recognizing subtle distinctions.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback based on subject matter expertise.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a remote work environment.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Comfort with digital collaboration tools and willingness to learn new platforms as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Design, editorial work, research, or similar analytical fields.
• Background in AI assessment, data annotation, or technology evaluation projects.
• Demonstrated "good taste" and refined judgment in evaluating quality across different types of content.
