No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. As a dispatcher/coordinator, you will utilize protocol-driven decision making to receive, assess, and route emergency requests in real-time, ensuring effective and timely resource allocation. This opportunity values clear and empathetic communication—both written and verbal—as you engage across diverse channels (radio, phone, chat) and handle urgent situations under pressure.
