We're looking for e-commerce and retail operations professionals to help train consumer-facing AI shopping and product agents. You'll evaluate AI performance on product categorization, catalog management, merchandising recommendations, and consumer purchase workflows.
The ideal candidate is a retail merchandising manager or e-commerce catalog specialist with hands-on experience in product operations — think Amazon vendor ops, Target buying, or similar large-scale retail environments. You know how product data flows from suppliers to consumers and can assess whether AI-generated product insights are commercially sound.
