Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design challenging and insightful questions based on image and video-based scenarios, encouraging deeper reasoning and interpretation.
  • Develop clear, step-by-step explanations and comprehensive answers that model structured thinking.
  • Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on the quality, clarity, and depth of responses from other contributors.
  • Collaborate with a diverse, remote expert team to refine project guidelines and standards.
  • Leverage written and verbal communication skills to ensure information is accurate, engaging, and accessible.
  • Interpret ambiguous and open-ended prompts, adapting strategies to improve learning outcomes.
  • Uphold high standards for content accuracy, relevance, and educational value within the AI training framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience explaining complex concepts with clarity and precision, ideally in educational or instructional settings.
  • Expertise in evaluating reasoning processes and learning objectives.
  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey nuanced information effectively.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and crafting solutions for open-ended problems.
  • Proficiency in designing educational content tailored for diverse learning contexts.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in human learning sciences, cognitive psychology, or instructional design.
