Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, review, and refine AI models by providing expert insights into risk assessment and underwriting processes.
  • Analyze insurance documents, policies, and client scenarios to ensure accuracy and industry alignment within AI-generated responses.
  • Advise on regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date compliance standards for AI training datasets.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify knowledge gaps and enhance AI understanding of insurance workflows.
  • Develop clear, detailed written and verbal feedback to facilitate knowledge transfer between subject matter experts and technical teams.
  • Assess evolving insurance trends to ensure AI models reflect current best practices and industry shifts.
  • Contribute to the creation of educational materials and advisory content for ongoing model improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in risk assessment, underwriting, and insurance policy analysis.
  • Strong command of regulatory guidelines and compliance frameworks across various insurance sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to articulate complex concepts precisely.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail in evaluating insurance documents and client needs.
  • Client advisory experience, enabling you to translate real-world challenges into actionable AI training data.
  • Proficient in cross-functional collaboration within digital or AI-driven projects.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage tasks autonomously in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in AI model development, data labeling, or insurance technology projects.
  • Advanced certifications in insurance or risk management.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and digital transformation in insurance operations.
