Opportunity Overview

Handshake is looking for experienced retail logistics and transportation professionals to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional job. You'll draw on your hands-on experience with freight management, delivery route planning, and supply chain operations to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand real-world retail logistics workflows.

This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity you can take on alongside anything else you have going on.

What You'll Do

• Use your domain expertise to create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real retail logistics and transportation workflows
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world freight management and logistics practices
• Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance
• Complete tasks at your own pace with no set schedule or minimum hour requirement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in retail logistics or transportation management, in a role such as Transportation Manager, Logistics Manager, Logistics Analyst, TMS Analyst, Distribution Manager, Freight Operations Manager, or Supply Chain Visibility Analyst
• Hands-on experience with workflows such as freight invoice auditing and delivery route planning
• Familiarity with Oracle OTM, FourKites, or similar transportation management and supply chain visibility platforms
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
