Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level insights and feedback to improve AI model understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and compliance standards.
Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to develop and curate high-quality manufacturing datasets.
Analyze complex manufacturing scenarios to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for AI training purposes.
Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and industry alignment, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
Document and communicate process improvements, technical knowledge, and workflow adjustments with clarity and precision.
Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance model performance and data fidelity.
Contribute to a positive, knowledge-driven team culture dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to manufacturing industries.
Advanced proficiency with manufacturing equipment, technical troubleshooting, and process documentation.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and solve technical problems efficiently.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and attention to detail.
Proven experience working cross-functionally in remote teams and adapting to evolving project needs.
High level of self-motivation, initiative, and commitment to delivering expert-level results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with AI training, machine learning, or data curation in a manufacturing context.
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or related process improvement methodologies.
Background in technical writing or instructional documentation for manufacturing systems.
