Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your hands-on Notion experience to create, organize, and refine digital documentation

• Annotate and categorize data within Notion to support structured workflows

• Optimize and streamline information management processes for effective remote collaboration

• Collaborate with a diverse global team and share feedback on digital workflows

• Participate in quality assurance reviews of documentation and annotated datasets

• Develop and implement efficient systems for knowledge sharing and retention

• Contribute insights to enhance AI data training initiatives with real-world input

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of practical, user-level experience with Notion

• Proven ability to structure and manage digital documentation

• Experience with data annotation or categorization within collaboration tools

• Strong understanding of workflow optimization in digital environments

• Comfortable working in fully remote settings with distributed teams

• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of accuracy

• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving project requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to AI data training or content moderation projects

• Experience supporting knowledge management or training initiatives

• Familiarity with remote-first team communication tools
