micro1 is engaging Korean Language Experts to contribute linguistic insight and bilingual expertise to a dynamic customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

• Evaluate and generate Korean language content for accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Analyze Korean text and spoken material to ensure natural usage and idiomatic correctness.
• Provide detailed feedback and linguistic annotations to enhance AI language understanding.
• Translate and localize materials between Korean and English, prioritizing contextual meaning over literal translation.
• Collaborate with project participants to refine data collection and annotation processes.
• Contribute to the development of language guidelines and resources tailored for AI training purposes.
• Participate in regular written and verbal communication to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean and advanced English language skills.
• Background in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related language field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail in both languages.
• Demonstrated experience working with language data or content review in a professional context.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and linguistic insight in a clear, collaborative manner.
• Familiarity with language technology, digital content platforms, or AI-driven projects is a plus.
• Strong intercultural awareness and sensitivity to nuances in Korean language usage.
