In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  • Analyze complex immigration law queries and provide well-reasoned, written responses.
  • Review and refine legal documents, forms, and correspondence for clarity, completeness, and compliance with best practices.
  • Evaluate case scenarios using case management platforms and annotate legal processes for machine learning training.
  • Leverage legal research tools to generate accurate, up-to-date information and elucidate key legal concepts.
  • Offer structured feedback on draft AI model outputs to improve reasoning and legal accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other experts to ensure high-quality deliverables in a technology-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an attorney practicing immigration law at BigLaw firms or comparable settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in legal writing, analysis, and review of complex immigration cases and documentation.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software and legal research databases.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate complex legal information clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide actionable feedback on draft materials.
  • Experience participating in technology-driven or AI-adjacent legal projects is advantageous.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of legal ethics.
