Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using Metabase to drive business performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into robust analytics and reporting solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to end users.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to support ongoing business initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytic projects and reports.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly through both written documentation and verbal presentations.
• Continuously evaluate new data analytics tools and methodologies to enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency with Metabase for developing analytics and dashboard solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating Metabase with various data sources and APIs.
• Background in business process optimization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Advanced certification in data analytics or BI platforms is a plus.
