Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced subject-matter expertise in STEM disciplines to support project development and execution.
• Contribute to the design and review of STEM curricula, research methodologies, and technical materials.
• Mentor and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, data analysis, and synthesis of technical findings.
• Communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify emerging trends and integrate innovative practices within STEM-related initiatives.
• Participate in virtual workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions as a key thought leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Extensive experience working in STEM education, research, or relevant industry roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information clearly.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or educational technology.
• Published research or demonstrated thought leadership within STEM domains.
• Familiarity with innovative pedagogical methods or digital learning platforms.
