Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, pitch, and develop original news stories, features, and in-depth articles.

- Conduct interviews, gather firsthand insights, and verify facts using authoritative sources.

- Create clear, compelling, and accurate written content tailored to diverse audiences.

- Edit and proofread articles to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards.

- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other journalists to enhance content quality.

- Monitor current events, trends, and issues relevant to assigned beats.

- Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain journalistic integrity at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a journalist with a strong portfolio of published work.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

- Proficient in conducting interviews and synthesizing complex information.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.

- High degree of curiosity, initiative, and critical thinking.

- Solid understanding of media law, ethics, and best practices.

- Comfortable using digital tools for research, collaboration, and content management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience reporting for international or digital-first newsrooms.

- Familiarity with multimedia storytelling, including podcasts or video.
