Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe audio content in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) with exceptional accuracy and fluency.
• Review and correct machine-generated transcriptions, ensuring correctness and clarity.
• Add relevant metadata tags and annotations to enrich the transcribed data for downstream AI processing.
• Identify contextual information in audio files and highlight linguistic nuances as needed.
• Uphold rigorous attention to detail to guarantee the highest quality of transcription and annotation.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team, providing clear written and verbal feedback on data quality.
• Maintain consistency and confidentiality while working with sensitive or proprietary content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in audio transcription with a demonstrable record of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong expertise in adding and managing metadata tags and annotations for audio or text content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to spot and correct errors in machine-generated transcription outputs.
• Familiarity with transcription guidelines and best practices for language data quality.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background as an audio engineer, data annotator, or professional transcriber.
• Experience contributing to linguistic data projects or handling large-scale transcription tasks.
