Key Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality audio samples in native Hindi to enrich AI-driven language models.

• Accurately transcribe and annotate speech data, ensuring linguistic nuances and context are captured.

• Collaborate with the customer's team to provide feedback on the effectiveness of AI training workflows.

• Review, analyze, and refine existing speech datasets for improved language model accuracy.

• Collect and organize real-world speech data from diverse contexts and speakers.

• Uphold rigorous standards for data quality, consistency, and confidentiality.

• Communicate insights and progress clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native proficiency in Hindi, with exceptional command of spoken and written forms.

• Demonstrated experience in audio transcription and annotation.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to capture linguistic subtleties.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with speech data collection processes.

• Ability to follow detailed guidelines within structured AI workflows.

• Comfortable using digital tools for data entry, review, and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience contributing to AI or language technology projects.

• Access to quality recording equipment (microphone, quiet environment), though not mandatory.

• Background in linguistics, language teaching, or a related discipline.
