Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate and localize content from English to Malayalam and vice versa, maintaining cultural nuance and accuracy.
• Review, edit, and proofread Malayalam documents to ensure high linguistic quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer language insights and support various business objectives.
• Develop and maintain Malayalam language resources, glossaries, and style guides.
• Train and mentor team members on Malayalam language best practices as needed.
• Contribute to content optimization for digital channels with a focus on clarity and engagement in Malayalam.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements related to Malayalam linguistic tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Malayalam (written and verbal) with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong command of English for effective bilingual communication.
• Proven experience in Malayalam translation, localization, or content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas clearly and accurately in both written and oral forms.
• Excellent collaboration and time management skills in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in using translation/localization software and digital communication tools.
• Passion for language, culture, and delivering high-quality work in every project.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Malayalam Literature, or a related field.
• Experience working with cross-cultural or international teams.
• Familiarity with SEO/content optimization strategies in Malayalam.
