Nurse

Global Remote Contract Listed 31 Aug 2026

$60 – $125+/hour

About this role

Overview

Models sound confident and still get bedside care wrong: a dose no nurse would give, a triage order that buries the sickest patient, discharge teaching that misses the one thing keeping someone safe at home. The distance between textbook care and real care is where you work.

As a Nurse you'll evaluate AI reasoning on assessment, medication safety, and clinical protocols, and write the guidance an experienced nurse would give at the bedside.

What you’ll actually do

  • Write prompts that probe nursing judgment: assessment, triage, medication administration, and patient education.
  • Review AI output for unsafe steps, wrong priorities, and protocol errors, and rate the clinical reasoning.
  • Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in real bedside practice.

Roles this fits

Common backgrounds: Nurse, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner.

What we look for

  • Active or recent nursing experience.
  • Comfort reasoning through assessment, medication safety, and care protocols.
  • Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
  • No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.
