Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes.
Collaborate with engineers and fellow experts to ensure high data quality and relevance for model development.
Provide in-depth feedback on AI-generated outputs, identifying gaps in patient care representation and accuracy.
Translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language for AI processing.
Maintain up-to-date awareness of current nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards.
Contribute to the creation of realistic patient scenarios and care pathways for model training datasets.
Participate in regular team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent with demonstrated clinical experience.
Expertise in patient care, health assessment, and nursing protocols.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to clarity and detail.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, collaborative digital environment.
Aptitude for analyzing and synthesizing complex medical information.
Proficiency with digital tools and commitment to data confidentiality.
Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare data annotation or AI/ML projects.
Background in training or clinical education roles.
