Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes.
  • Collaborate with engineers and fellow experts to ensure high data quality and relevance for model development.
  • Provide in-depth feedback on AI-generated outputs, identifying gaps in patient care representation and accuracy.
  • Translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language for AI processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of current nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of realistic patient scenarios and care pathways for model training datasets.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent with demonstrated clinical experience.
  • Expertise in patient care, health assessment, and nursing protocols.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to clarity and detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, collaborative digital environment.
  • Aptitude for analyzing and synthesizing complex medical information.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and commitment to data confidentiality.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare data annotation or AI/ML projects.
  • Background in training or clinical education roles.
  • Master’s or advanced nursing degree.
